1. Application for Return & Refund or Exchange of Product
Subject to the terms and conditions in this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, Purchaser may raise their request to JBS Representative within 7 working days from the date of receiving.
2. Return & Refund Policy
2.1 Change of Mind
2.1.1 Customize or Pre-order products are not allowed for Return & Refund.
2.1.2 Return & Refund are subject to approval and compliance to the terms & conditions:
i) Products remain unopened and unused conditions.
ii) Products complete with all original packaging.
iii) Products remain in good condition.
2.1.3 Procedure of Return & Refund:
i) Purchaser is allowed to send back products by own.
ii) Purchaser can request Pickup Service from JBS with charges.
iii) JBS reserve the rights to charge a Delivery Fee if the total Sales is cancelled.
iv) JBS will inspect the products returned before proceeding for refund.
v) Refund will be made by Bank Transfer to Original Payment Account Holder Name within 14 working days.
2.2 Defective Products or Incomplete Parts
2.2.1 Customized or Pre-order products are not allowed for Return & Refund.
i) JBS will resend / repair / replace the defective products or incomplete parts without additional charges.
2.2.2 Return & Refund are subject to approval and compliance to the terms & conditions:
i) Products remain unused conditions.
ii) Products complete with all original packaging.
2.2.3 Procedure of Return & Refund:
i) Purchaser is allowed to send back products by own.
ii) Purchaser can request Pickup Service from JBS without additional charges.
iii) JBS will inspect the products returned:
– IF the products work perfectly, refund will be rejected.
– IF the products have defects, refund will be proceeded.
iv) Refund will be made by Bank Transfer to Original Payment Account Holder Name within 14 working days.
3. Exchange Policy
3.1 Change of Mind
3.1.1 Customized or Pre-order products are not allowed for Exchange.
3.1.2 Products Exchange are subject to approval and compliance to the terms & conditions:
i) Products remain unused conditions.
ii) Products complete with all original packaging.
iii) Products remain in good condition.
3.1.3 Procedure of Product Exchange:
i) Purchaser is allowed to Exchange product at JBS Warehouse.
ii) Purchaser can request Pickup & Delivery Service from JBS with additional charges.
iii) Refund will be made by Bank Transfer to Original Payment Account Holder Name within 14 working days. (If any refund required)

i) Purchaser is allowed to Exchange product at JBS Warehouse.
ii) Purchaser can request Pickup & Delivery for Exchange Service from JBS without additional charges.
iii) JBS will inspect the products returned:
– IF the products work perfectly, exchange will be rejected.
– IF the products have defects, exchange will be arranged.
JBS Hygiene (M) Sdn Bhd reserve the rights to update this policy from date to date.
